No Returns on Specific Items: We do not accept returns on Accessories, White Clothing, Swimwear, Leotards, Custom Clothing, and Sale items. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via UPS, which will contain your UPS Tracking Number. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that it may take UPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates once the tracking number has been emailed to you. If you are not available to sign for your package during a delivery attempt, your package will be held at your local UPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We aim to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. To process an exchange, please email support@shopshaporiasavage.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Bodysuits, swimwear, white items, lingerie, sale items, custom clothing, and accessories are excluded and are FINAL SALE.
I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
No, we do not offer refunds. Note that bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, white items, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for an exchange.
DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?
No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customer's own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
No, we process orders very quickly to ensure you receive them as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
Items sell out quickly due to high demand, and occasionally, an item you ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item. Additionally, if the billing information and shipping address cannot be verified through our merchant, your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try placing your order using an alternate payment method.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT?
When we receive your exchange item, we will process the exchange within 2-4 business days. Once your exchanged item has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as spam folders for this store credit code.
CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?
Yes, this type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order at support@shopshaporiasavage.com.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
We restock if the manufacturer happens to remake the style. We have a restock notification link on all product pages via www.shopshaporiasavage.com. We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item becomes available in your size. If the product is no longer showing online, it will no longer be restocking.
